Signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the two diplomatic Academies Vietnam – Algeria

On May 27, at the Government Guest House, a Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony took place between the Algerian Academy of Diplomacy and International Relations and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam on the occasion of the visit to Vietnam of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Algerian Community Abroad, Mr. Chakib Rachid Kaid to co-chair the 3rd meeting of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries.

Acting Director Pham Lan Dung - representative of the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Vietnam Abdelhamid Boubazine - representative of the Algerian Academy of Diplomacy and International Relations signed together a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the presence of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Quang Hieu and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Algerian Community Abroad Chakib Rachid Kaid and many representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs foreigners from both countries.

With cooperation contents on academic exchange, research, exchange of experience in training, exchange of executives and students..., this Memorandum of Understanding meets the needs of the Academy by expanding cooperation and improving the quality of training and retraining of the foreign affairs executive.
