LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS

This is the certification of the conformity of a photocopy in view of the original of an administrative document, the presence of the applicant is mandatory.

Documents required :

· An Algerian identity document  (Algerian identity card, Algerian passport, consular registration card).

· The original document (equalized by - Ministries of Foreign Affairs -).

· A stamp duty in dollars.

· Copies of the document to be certified.

PROCURATION

For the establishment of a power of attorney, the presence of the applicant is mandatory, with his Algerian passport or his valid Algerian identity card (download the form).

A stamp duty. (In dollars).

CRIMINAL RECORD

Nationals registered at the Algerian embassy in Hanoi and born in Algeria can request bulletin No. 03 of the criminal record concerning them from the embassy. The bulletin is written in Arabic. However, the applicant can request a bulletin No. 03 in French.

The request must be made by the interested party themselves by presenting the following documents:

• The form (download here)
• Consular Card
• The recent full copy of the birth certificate (in French for the French criminal record and in Arabic for the Arabic criminal record), or copy of the 12S (for Algerian nationals born abroad).
