National Day of CHAHID on February 18

The date of February 18 was consecrated as National Day of CHAHID.

It is commemorated each year in memory of our brave resistance fighters and martyrs, in recognition of the enormous sacrifices they made for the liberation of Algeria.

This celebration aims to build bonds between generations and remind young people of the sacrifices of their ancestors to learn lessons and follow their noble lineage.

H.E.Mr. the Ambassador of Algeria and the members of the Embassy observed a minute of silence with reading of the Fatiha for the commemoration of the national day of Chahid of February 18th.
