Promoting bilateral relations between Vietnam and Algeria

On the afternoon of July 25, in Hanoi, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang received Algerian Minister of Mujahideen and Rights Holders Laid Rebigua, who arrived in Vietnam to pay tribute to General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Nguyen Phu Trong.

 

The Algerian minister expressed his deep sorrow over the death of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, a leader who occupied a great place in the hearts of the Vietnamese and Algerian people.

 

The minister said Algeria highly values ​​its traditional friendship and cooperation with Vietnam and hopes to develop them in all aspects.

 

For his part, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that Vietnam values ​​its friendly relations and cooperation with its traditional friends in Africa, especially Algeria, stressing that Vietnam always remembers the valuable support of the Algerian government and people for it.
