The 11th session of the Algerian-Vietnamese Joint Commission held in Algiers

The Minister of Industry and Mines, Mr. Youcef YOUSFI, co-chaired with the Vietnamese Minister of Construction, Mr. Pham HONG HA, the 11th session of the Algerian-Vietnamese Joint Commission held on 28 and 29 November 2017 in Algiers.

The Vietnamese delegation, which visited Algiers from 26 to 29 November 2017, consisted of representatives of various Vietnamese ministerial departments and around twenty businessmen active in the construction, public works and energy sectors.

The holding of this Commission is part of the strengthening of relations of friendship and cooperation between Algeria and Vietnam, which celebrated in 2017 the 55th anniversary of the establishment of their diplomatic relations.

During this 11th session, Mr. YOUSFI and the Vietnamese Minister evaluated the implementation of the recommendations of the 10th commission, held in 2014 in Hanoi, and gave new directions to bilateral cooperation.
