The Algerian Ambassador to Vietnam presents the copy of the Letters of Credence

On April 18, in Hanoi, Director of the Department of State Protocol and Foreign Interpretation Pham Binh Dam received a copy of the appointment letters of Algerian Ambassador to Vietnam Azeddine Bechka.

 

At the reception, Director of the Department of State Protocol and Foreign Interpretation Pham Binh Dam congratulated Mr. Azeddine Bechka on his appointment as Ambassador to Vietnam. He believes Mr. Azeddine Bechka is an experienced diplomat who will promote and deepen relations between Vietnam and Algeria.

 

Stating that Vietnam values ​​relations with its international friends, particularly Algeria, Director Pham Binh Dam hopes that relations between the two countries will continue to develop in all areas where both sides have potential, serving the people of both countries, peace, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.

 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department of State Protocol and Foreign Interpretation, and relevant units are always ready to cooperate, coordinate, and create all the conditions for the Ambassador to successfully carry out their mandate.

 

Thanking Director Pham Binh Dam for taking the time to meet with them, the newly appointed Ambassador to Vietnam affirmed that he will actively contribute to the continued strengthening and development of relations with Vietnam in all areas.

 

Ambassador Azeddine Bechka began his diplomatic career in 2015, previously working at the General Directorate of Customs in Batna, Algeria. Mr. Azeddine Bechka previously held the positions of Attaché, Embassy of Algeria in Tunisia; Deputy Director, Directorate for the Supervision of Information Technologies and External Communication; and Director of the Research Department, Office of the Secretary General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria.
